Introduction
This Shipping and Exchange Policy governs the shipping, delivery, and exchange of services or products (if applicable) provided by Athayush India (“Athayush,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing, utilizing, or purchasing services or products through the Athayush Platform, you (“you” or “User”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by this entire Shipping and Exchange Policy, alongside the terms and conditions outlined in your specific service agreement. This policy forms an integral part of your contractual agreement with Athayush.
1. Shipping Policy:
Service Delivery: All of Athayush services detailed out in the service agreement provided at the time of subscribing to a subscription plan (e.g., telehealth consultations, wellness programs, consultation with trainers and other personnel, etc.), which are typically delivered electronically or virtually and do not involve physical shipping. Access to services will be granted as per the terms and timelines clearly outlined in the service agreement. Commencement of service provision shall be deemed as initiation of the service plan.
Physical Product Shipping: Athayush also offers physical products (e.g., health monitoring devices, wellness kits, etc.) as part of the subscription and can be purchased separately , the following shipping terms apply:
- Shipping Locations: We currently ship within India and some countries across the world, the shipping policies vary as per the country.
- Shipping Methods and Times: Shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase. Delivery times are provided as estimates and are subject to logistical factors beyond Athayush’s direct control. Athayush shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout. These costs may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and product weight/size.
- Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 5 business days. Processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional periods.
- Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
- Delivery Issues: Athayush is not responsible for delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or other factors beyond our control. If you experience delivery problems, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
- Address Accuracy: It is the User’s sole responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information. Athayush is not liable for any delays, losses, or additional costs incurred due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the User. In such cases, the User may be responsible for additional shipping and handling fees.
2. Exchange Policy:
Service Exchanges/Modifications:
Service Plan Changes: Depending on the specific Subscription and other service plan, you may be able to modify or upgrade your plan. Please contact Athayush customer support to inquire about available options and any associated fees.
Appointment Rescheduling: For scheduled services (e.g., telehealth consultations), you may be able to reschedule appointments within a certain timeframe. Please refer to your appointment confirmation or contact customer support for details.
Given the customized and rapidly initiated nature of AthAyush’s service plans, substantial service setup and resource allocation occur immediately upon subscription activation. This includes, but is not limited to, personalized health assessments, care team assignments, and initial program development. Therefore, modifications or adjustments to the service plan are subject to careful review and may not be fully applicable after the initial service initiation period of 15 days from the receipt of payment of subscription services. Consequently, any potential service adjustments or credits will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.*
Physical Product Exchanges:
Eligibility for Exchange: Products may be eligible for exchange if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the wrong item.
Exchange Period: Exchange requests for physical products must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt of the product, accompanied by photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
Exchange Process: To request an exchange, please contact Athayush customer support at [email protected] with your order number and details of the issue. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Exchange Approval: All exchange requests are subject to approval by Athayush. We reserve the right to deny an exchange if the item does not meet our exchange criteria.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges: Athayush will only cover return shipping costs if the exchange is due to a verified and confirmed manufacturing defect or an error solely attributable to Athayush. In all other instances, including but not limited to buyer’s remorse or incorrect orders, the User is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.
Replacement Item: Once we receive and approve the returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you.

4. Changes to This Policy:
Athayush reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Shipping and Exchange Policy at any time, without prior notice. Continued use of Athayush’s services or products after such changes constitutes the User’s unconditional acceptance of the revised policy.

The terms and conditions outlined in the User’s specific service agreement, including any addendums or amendments, shall take precedence over this general Shipping and Exchange Policy in the event of any conflict or discrepancy.
*Service adjustments or credits will be addressed based on the following considerations and timelines. The specific adjustment amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the services already rendered and the time elapsed since activation. However, the maximum service adjustment will not exceed 40% of the total subscription fee, only in the case where no Rapid Response Request has been generated.
- If a Rapid Response Request has been generated at any time after payment and while the subscription is active, no service adjustment will be applicable.
